Number Nine Bread Street

psychedelicfolk:
Extremely personalised indoor sing along folk.

According to Greyhound Records this is "extremely rare esoteric folk from 1967, the first ever holyground release, produced by mike levon & featuring chris coombes on guitar & harmonica. very sought after, newly remastered, essential !"

According to Rockinworld this is "Holyground label acidfolkrock, (not trad based), but a bit Americanized cool hippie folk and rock."

Ouch - Looks like you are being targetted by some miserable b****** who is determined to remove all your links.
Everything from the last month has been deleted from 'shareonall'.
Any suggestions from anyone on how to combat this.
I was particularly sad to miss the recent Martin Carthy.

I too missed the Martin Carthy post as well as this one when they were removed. Looks like it might be a good idea to stop using Shareonall.

May the spoilsport with nothing better to do with their time on Earth than preventing people from listening to music rot in Hell with Jesse Helms.

Wow! Speaking as one who is often suspicious of the "acid folk" tag, this album is great! Great songs (originals, covers and traditional), awesomely stoned performances and one of the most beautiful renditions of Gershwin's "Summertime" I've ever heard.
