This is really GREAT music. Thanks so much Lizardson for this. It is a crime that his albums are simply unavailable so this is a great service to anyone interested in this super important heartfelt singer who blows most of what passes for traditional music today out of the water. The only problem is that now that I have had a taste of this fine drug I want MORE!!!!!!
Please consider posting more of his albums. He deserves so much to be better known.
I for one would especially like to hear more of his albums from the 70s
1972 The Valley of Tees
1974 The Young Tin Whistle Pest
1977 Eston California
1978 Tossin' A Wobbler
Hi there,
Just wonderful. Saw him at the Ely Folk Festival this past July: http://www.elyonline.co.uk/archives/2007/07/15/ely-folk-festival-2007-review/
Streaker, 1974 The Young Tin Whistle Pest and 1978 Tossin' A Wobbler are on the very site. Just look at the artists index.
Karl
