I've been trying to download the Bear's Place September 30 1997 Sexsmith concert. I've tried parts 2 and 3 two or three times each. When I try to open the downloads, I get error messages saying the archives are damaged. Help?? I've been trying to come up with an early Sexsmith show that compares to one I saw at The Backstage in Ballard WA (a Seattle neighborhood) around the time of his 2nd album. It was a stunner. The band was incredibly tight, the three-part harmonies impeccable. He did a note perfect solo rendition of You Still Believe In Me from Pet Sounds that still leaves me in wonder. I was so impressed that I drove to Portland that weekend for a free show, which wasn't so good. Saw him again a year or so later, same deal. But that first gig was amazing. A perfect rendition of Nowhere Man, dedicated to a road manager that had just been fired. I would think somebody taped this for posterity, as it was the final night of business for this popular venue. You don't happen to have this lying around, do you?
