That video is very spooky. If that is Nick Drake, it's quite fitting that the only existing video of him would be something like this.

This is a Festival in The USA (you can tell by the advertising boards and also by what people are wearing) .Nick Drake never left the UK and weas terrified of flying.
Nick Drake seems like he was a real cool guy. I would have hung out with him.
It is not a festival in the US, that has already been determined
on his forum, the signs were blow up thta is the UK
