Any chance of nay more information on this one - Is it possibly the 2002 CD where Michael Mullen and Niall Fordyce paired up as "Pangur Ban"?
A bit of a mixed bag this one particularly the rewriting of of Woody Guthrie's "This Land is Your Land" for an Irish Setting.

The album is entitled DHSScover Ireland and was originally released in 1985 on vinyl. It was released on CD format in 1999 with the addition of 'The Informer'
